A woman found herself in an unexpected situation when she answered a distress call about a puppy on the verge of freezing to death.

In the town of Arkhonskaya, Russia, known for its severe cold, the puppy was facing a life-threatening situation due to extreme hypothermia.
Tamara, the woman who responded, was heartbroken by the sight of this helpless and delicate animal. Knowing that time was critical, she immediately took the puppy to a veterinarian for care without delay.
The veterinary team found the puppy in grave condition. He had an undetectably low body temperature, barely breathed, and showed little movement.
Testing was limited due to the puppy’s extreme dehydration, frail body, and lack of detectable blood pressure.
Tamara, who volunteers with the Dublin Shelter animal rescue charity, ensured that the puppy got the care he desperately needed.
They named him Joseph, hoping for a miracle in his recovery. The clinic placed Joseph on a heating pad to stabilize his temperature.
Unfortunately, his condition worsened as his breathing became weaker.
“We were eventually able to hear his voice and proceed with more tests,” shared his rescuers.
They discovered that Joseph was not only suffering from hypothermia but also from an internal infestation of parasites, which caused severe diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and weakness.
The veterinary team immediately treated him for parasites, and despite his frail state, Joseph fought to survive from the moment he arrived.
The following day, signs of improvement gave hope to everyone involved.
Although Joseph remained in pain and required IV treatment, which could be uncomfortable, the vets worked diligently to ensure his minimal discomfort and build his trust.
The rescue team soon shared the uplifting news that Joseph was doing remarkably well, crediting their tireless dedication and love for his recovery.
It seems only a matter of time before Joseph makes a full recovery, leaving behind the cruelty he once endured to find the loving home he deserves.
