The Animal Rescue League of Boston’s Cape Cod Branch welcomed Miss Molly on December 8, 2016, with hopes of finding her a new forever home for her retirement years. Despite her sweet nature, Miss Molly arrived with some medical issues, including a urinary tract infection and early signs of kidney disease.
Every day, Miss Molly patiently waited on the shelf in her enclosure, hoping for that special someone to come and give her a new home. Finally, after nearly two months, someone arrived to meet Miss Molly and potentially give her the love and care she deserved.
Olivia C. shared her heartwarming story of finding Miss Molly on Petfinder after tirelessly searching for the perfect cat. She was specifically looking for a senior cat to ensure that they wouldn’t spend their last years in a shelter. Olivia instantly fell in love with Miss Molly and made a long drive just to meet her. Upon their first meeting, Molly climbed down from her high shelf to greet her, sealing the bond between them.
